Meet Zeri
Hey everyone,
I’m a 42-year-old wife and Mum to three children, a TV actress for over 15 years, with a passion for fitness ever since I can remember. From being a ballet dancer at the London Royal Ballet School from the age of 9, I have always loved movement, music, and staying fit.
I love to mix up lots of different workouts, including low-impact and high-impact training, but it was only after having my third baby that I realised my body wasn’t what it used to be. I turned 40 and realised I needed to make a change. So I did! I started doing more strength training with a mix of cardio, HIIT, and Pilates, and the difference over time was mind blowing.

I started studying for my level 3 personal training course in 2024 with an obsession to advance my knowledge and understanding of the human body. As I train most days, I wanted to know more about the science behind it!
